Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original minimalist packaging, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
